The Shipper Receiver is responsible for all movement of shoring equipment in and out of the branch, including inspection of returned rental equipment and accurately picking new customer orders.****Job Description:****

* Ensures setup of customer rental orders as per written requirements.

* Completes proper paperwork to customer service reps on returns.

* Ensures proper packaging and addressing of shipments for common carriers.

* Prepares or oversees the loading and unloading of orders, documentation and addressing of shipments for common carriers.

* Inspects equipment prior to shipment and on return for quality assurance

* Notifies customer service on damaged or missing equipment.

* Performs checks on inventory levels of equipment, parts, supplies, materials and notifies customer service of shortages.

* Maintains computerized record-keeping system.

* Oversees unloading of equipment and supplies

* Operates forklift or other equipment to unload goods

* Performs general housekeeping in warehouse and yard.

* Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Minimum three months of operating experience of rough terrain forklift, counterbalance forklift, Large forklift(>30,000 Lbs.)

* 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience preferred

* Valid drivers license

* Able to meet the Covid company policy
